Gose-uh is brewed in the tradition of the artisan brewers of Leipzig, Germany. This unique
and rare style of wheat beer is called Gose, pronounced ‘gose-uh’.
The style has been extinct twice in Germany but today is seeing a revival
there and in craft minded North American breweries.
Gose-uh is dry, tart, citrusy and an amazing refresher on a hot summer’s day!
Brewed to honor Hildegard Von Bingen, a 12th century Benedictine nun who allegedly was the first to record the use of hops as an ingredient in brewing beer. We hope that Hildegard would be proud. We sure are!Tell Me More About This Beer
