White Bark

Witbier

This traditional Belgian-style wheat ale is brewed with the addition of freshly-ground coriander and Curacao orange peel. Citrus and floral aromas outshine the hops and dominate the nose of this dry and approachable beer, while the use of raw wheat adds cloudiness and enhances its mouthfeel.

The bridge between the succulent interior of the Curacao orange and the bitter oil that protects it, is the pith, or the white bark of the peel. White Bark Witbier is a marriage of the two solitudes, yielding a perfect harmony of citric bitterness, fragrant coriander, round malt and raw wheat. Enjoy!
